On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Updates to account segment value isn't saving and being reflected in SmartView

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Updates to account segment values are reflected properly in Smart View

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Smart View
2. Select Accounts
3. Do not see account "####"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select proper accounts and have accurate financial reports
