Actual Behavior
============

Cannot Update Existing Customer Profiles using FBDI Template

ERROR
=======

NO ERROR DATA in TCA Bulk Report or HZ_IMP_ERRORS table

STEPS
======
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import/update Customer Profile using FBDI Bulk template
2. Process ends successfully with no error in the Customer Data Report
3. Review customer account profile no changes were made.

BUSINESS IMPACT
=================

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update existing customers profile.
