error While opening Manage Service Milestone configuration

 I am trying to create and manage milestones for service requests using the Manage Service Milestone Configuration task in Functional Setup Manager but every time i open this tab i receive this error:
Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #4":
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Service Milestone Configuration. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..
