Symptoms

When attempting to delete the service, following error occurs: PSM-STACK-00226 Unable to delete service

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete Stack created JCS service through JCS console
2. Error with PSM-STACK-00226 Unable to delete service
