ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When you launch a course and attempt to play a video, the blue circle just spins and the video never plays.

Additional Note: While Chrome won't play the videos, Internet Explorer plays the videos just fine.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Chrome and login
2. Launch a course with video
3. Attempt to play video
