Resubmit button not available for failed Integration flow (Doc ID 2456790.1)

After an Integration has failed, it is found that it is not eligible for resubmission.

In the Track Errors page, the instance shows "Failure processing integration" :-

    Integration Home page -> Integrations -> Monitoring -> Integrations -> (instance) -> Errors

but there is no Resubmit button.

For other Integrations using different flows, the Resubmit button is available.
