Cannot Access Database Classic (Doc ID 2456946.1)

Customer has been creating DB instances through DBCS, but now when they try to access the Service Console for DBCS it takes them into OCI console. They are not familiar with the process to create and manage instances in OCI and want to be able to create services through the DBCS console. Customer has tried accessing through the "Customize Dashboard" tile and through the "Services" drop down menu by clicking on the hamburger menu in the top left. Both take them to the OCI console.
