Standard Rate Page: Need ability to search by Plan Name - Drop-down does not have all Plan Names

We need the ability to search Standard Rates by Plan Name. Currently, the Standard Rate page only has a drop-down available, and not all of the Plans are available in the dropdown. Screenshot attached.
