ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

After copying CBS Codes to child Workspace, CBS Codes cannot be edited at the Child or Workspace level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

After copying CBS Codes to child Workspace, CBS Codes should be able to be edited at the Child or Workspace level.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Create or Import CBS Codes at the Root Workspace level.
   2. In a Child Workspace, create CBS cCdes by Importing/Copying them from the Parent Workspace.
   3. Attempt to edit CBS Code in the Parent or Child Workspace.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

Due to this issue, users cannot modify CBS Codes.
