Not showing warning message when changing an employee's salary with Grade Ladders.

Attaching a document with the steps to follow the configuration with Grade Rate and showing the warning message
when exceeding the configured maximum salary. The configuration is done with Grade Ladders and when changing the
employee's salary does not show the warning message, the customer does not want to make the configuration Grade Rate wants to make their validations with Grade Ladders.

Can you tell me what I need for the validation and see the warning message as you would in Grade Rate.
