OCI-C DBCS RAC: Timestamp mismatch found between the two RAC nodes and a standalone DBCS instance in same domain (Doc ID 2457200.1)

Goal

- Both the RAC DBCS service and single instance DBCS service were provisioned in the same account and in the same data center.
- When compared to a reference server, both the RAC nodes show timestampd difference but the single instance node show no time difference at all.
- The timezone configuration was verified and was found to be exactly same in the RAC nodes and the single instance node.
- It was found that the RAC nodes as well as single instance node were having the NTP(network time protocol) daemon running.
