Applies to:Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Service - Version 6.4.2 and later

On the Business Process Automation -> Power Data -> Event Management screen, users are able to insert duplicate data type associations as primary association.
There is a trigger to prevent such data creation.
However, users are able to insert a Data Type Association as non-primary and then change it to primary.
This situation started creating problems during version upgrades if users managed to create these duplicate primary data type associations as described.
