Menu Options Disappeared From Monitoring & Administration Tasks In POM Console (Doc ID 2457407.1)

Goal

When logging into POM (Process Orchestration and Monitoring) console to monitor batch, following issues are identified:

a) Tasks --> Monitoring --> Batch Monitoring: Since the Patch 16.0.28.10, Historical Batch Logs, Application logs options disappeared from the Monitoring tasks and just show blanks.
b) Tasks --> Administration: Since the Patch 16.0.28.10, Tasks under Administration also disappeared from the task menu and just show blanks.
