Menu Options Disappeared From Monitoring & Administration Tasks In POM Console

When logging into POM (Process Orchestration and Monitoring) console to monitor batch, following issues are identified:
a) Tasks --> Monitoring --> Batch Monitoring: Since the Patch 220.127.116.11, Historical Batch Logs, Application logs options disappeared from the Monitoring tasks and just show blanks.
b) Tasks --> Administration: Since the Patch 18.104.22.168, Tasks under Administration also disappeared from the task menu and just show blanks.
