Issue When Navigating From SR Detail Page To App Composer (Doc ID 2457477.1)

Goal

The issue is happened when the user is going directly from service request detailed screen to Application composer.
The App composer screen is not fully uploaded After the page refresh customer is getting back to the landing page of the Service Request and is getting the following error:
An application error has occurred Incident 23 Server instance UIServer_1 Application name ORA_CRM_UIAPP

How can this be solved?
