Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries
Some Allocation Rules deployment fails with
ERROR

The deployment was not successful.
An error occurred while trying to deploy to the server.
The Member x-xxxx cannot be found.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy allocation rules in Calculation Manager.

Due to this issue, users cannot use above allocation rules.
