On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rel 13 Employee Account missing quick actions

Employee accounts are missing the quick action view which was available until yesterday.

Please note that quick actions are still available at the HR Specialist, Line Manager and System admin accounts, however, all employee accounts are missing these options.
The screen is stuck to others tab only.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employees should have Quick Actions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Employee
2. See Home Page as Others
3. There is no Me, or Quick Actions under it
