Symptoms

Connecting to JCS-SX using CLI throws below error

java -jar javacloud.jar -a https://<hostname> -id <Identity_Domain> -si <Service_Name> -u <username> -debug true -list-applications

The same user is able to login from java console. 

ERROR
-----------------------
"[ERROR] - Unknown user name or password".
