Activities are not shown on Retail Execution Mobile

After logging to retail execution mobile with user (sales_representative) and assigning any activity to the resource with route and distribution center, there are no activities shown in the mobile.

The activity is not shown and "you don't have access to the route. Contact your sales administrator" message is shown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Login to environment with sales_manager user
2- Click Activities on the springboard
3- Click Create Appointment
4- Enter data like subject, account
5- Check store visit
6- Choose Store visit type, route
7- Click Save and continue
8- Click Resource and Add resources: Sales Representative and Sales Administrators
9- Click Save
