Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Consumer Goods Mobile App

Activities are not shown on Retail Execution Mobile

After logging to retail execution mobile with user (sales_representative) and assigning any activity to the resource with route and distribution center, there are no activities shown in the mobile


ERROR
-----------------------
The activity is not shown and "you don't have access to the route. Contact your sales administrator" message is shown


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Login to test environment with sales_manager user: https://eiyj-test.login.em2.oraclecloud.com
2- Click Activities on the springboard
3- Click Create Appointment
4- Enter data like subject, account
5- Check store visit
6- Choose Store visit type, route
7- Click Save and continue
8- Click Resource and Add resources: Sales Representative and Sales Administrators
9- Click Save

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users - sales manager, sales representative and sales administrator on retail execution mobile cannot see activity.
