Unable to Fetch Values in the email template
In our implementation, we have a custom object called lease and this object has a custom tab called "Other Charges". The Scenario is the following
When a button is pressed at the other charges tab called"Send to finance team for Review" an auto email notification should be sent to the Internal client users. While doing this action, at the other charges tab level there will be a set of values which will be filled by the users. These values are present like a LOV list and the amount of each value will be entered by the users manually.
We would need these values entered every time to be made available at the email template. How to achieve this?
