Data Visualization: Global Canvass Filter Not Passed In Action Data Context (Doc ID 2458002.1)

On Oracle Analytics Cloud,

Visual Analyzer projects with multiple canvases for different visualizations, when one create a Data Action for passing values as a filter condition from Canvas#1 to Canvas#2 by right clicking on a particular column ( such as a parent to child report), the default filters that has been already set for the Canvas#1 is not passed to the Canvas#2 

Example:

1. Canvas 1 has an year column filtered to 2011 and has a Data Action for a Department Column. The Year column is not on the list of SELECTED columns displayed on the view.
2. Create a Data Action at the project level to traverse from one canvas to Canvas#2.
3. When right clicking on the Department Column and choose the Data Action to move to the canvas#2, the Default Filter ( ie on the year for 2011) does not get applied on the Canvas#2, but only the columns that are used on the SELECT columns).

NOTE: When the Filtered column is displayed on the list of selected columns on the Canvas#1, then the filter gets applied.
