Symptoms
After approximately three minutes of inactivity the SmartView Session will timeout and the user is prompted to enter login credentials again.
Confirmed HTTP Session Timeout (KeepAliveTimeout, ReceiveTimeout, ServerInfoTimeout) configured correctly per Oracle Smart View for Office Installation and Configuration Guide section "Smart View HTTP Session Timeout".

Also confirmed behavior not related to a proxy timeout.
