Web report Barcode not generating correctly on Pick Slip report

Barcode font printing in web reports is showing error as "error loading image" for the below function :

=LoadImage(ToBarcode({Task.Task nbr},'true',100,50,"Code 39"))

ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Web Reports > Run Pick Slip report

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot show barcode on pick slip.
