Symptoms

If a preparer loads a file to  "Adjustments to Source System" or to "Adjustments to Subsystem", that document is not able to be opened and says it is corrupted or opened as blank (depending on file format).

If a file saved to the front of the reconciliation in the attachments, it works fine.

Only in the "Adjustments to Source System" or "Adjustments to Subsystem" is it an issue.
