OIC Jobs Locking Database Account

Information in this document applies to any platform.
We updated a password for our database user that OIC uses to connect to our DBaaS instance. We then updated and tested the connection in OIC and it tested with no issues. However every time we run a job with this connection now the job fails and locks the account on the DBaaS side.
