Goal

Convert Pending Worker Error after R13 Upgrade

CRITICAL issue affecting US and UK new hires. Estimate 80 new hires per day affected.

Unable to convert pending workers sent over from Taleo as of their R13 upgrade in Production pod.

When checking the pending workers existing record, they have an existing salary record. As a workaround, deleting the salary record (in person management) and manually re-adding the salary in the Convert Pending Worker will successfully convert these employees. Manually converting the pending workers also won’t result in error.
These workarounds aren’t feasible due to the scope of the error affecting US and UK new hires.
