SLS Is Not Received In Target Directory, Error: Read timed out (Doc ID 2458428.1)

Outbound Interface file for load export (SLS) is not being received in target directory.

When attempting to generate very large SLS file, the following error occurs.

*"Unable to POST request: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='', port=XXX): Read timed out. (read timeout=60.0)"*.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Output Interface screen
2. Select an SLS
3. Download and check it
