Symptoms
A strategy task is not getting visible in Collections Dashboard after reassigning it to another collector.
Scenario:
Signed in as Collections Manager > Query for the Account > Profile > Strategies
Reassigned 'Soft Collector Call' from Collector1 to Collector2
Refreshed and shown assignment to Collector2
Ran Update Collections Summary Data ESS job
Logged in as Collector2 but unable to see the assigned Task
