ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The user password for a RESTAPI request was reset in My Services but the request is failing with 401 Unauthorized.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The password was changed from https://myservices.xxx.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/cloudportal/dashboard

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot change the password and need to do it before it stops working in production.
