Symptoms
When executing actions Manage Declarations -> Create / Add to Existing Declarations and Remove From Declarations, Application prompts the message "Proxy Error: The request could not be processed. An invalid response was received by the proxy or gateway server.” on the Server. However, the consolidation is successful and declarations are created after sometime.
