Fusion Core HR: Remove Nation ID Case Sensitivity In Employee Rehire Matching Record Validation

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When rehire employees currently the system validates Nation ID field with existing employees and list down matching records.
Need possibility to enable/disable the case sensitive option for National Identifier.
Currently when it is entered “957890563v” only matching record is appearing. If it is "957890563V" it will not work.
