On : NA version,Plan to Produce flow:

User in Planning Central released the Planned order of BUY type and it got created into Supply Order which will further create Purchase requisition.

Here Supply Order resulted into an error as mentioned below

ERROR

The requested delivery date must be greater than or equal to the current date.The requested ship date must be later than or equal to 2018-09-27.The attribute Charge Account is required.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supplies and Demands table from Supply Plan and release the Planned order
2. Planned Order got released and release recommendations were ran and Supply Order got generated
3. Supply Order Line has the mentioned error
