FUSION GLOBAL PAYROLL: Unable To Update W-4 Details From ESS When Using Chrome Browser (Doc ID 2459406.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are not able to update W-4 details. After changes are made and click on I Agree, nothing happens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to update the W-4 details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login as Employee
2) Click "Personal Information" under Me
3) Click Orange icon and click Manage Tax Withholdings link
4) Click Edit on W-4 page
5) PDF reader opens with existing details. make changes as necessary and click "I Agree". But, there is no response when we click on "I Agree". FYI, we are on 18.05 patch level.

Due to this issue, employee taxes will be incorrect.
