FCCS: How to Move Back FCCS_Total OpeningBalance under FCCS_Closing Balance Hierarchy (Doc ID 2459429.1)

Goal

By mistake, FCCS_Total Opening balance moved(copy and paste) from FCCS_Closing balance Hierarchy to some other user-created hierarchy, but when user cut the same member and trying to add it back to FCCS_Closing member, paste button greyed out.

How to move back FCCS_Total Opening balance under FCCS_closing balance
