BIP Report File Extension Is Lost When Scheduling Using FTP Delivery Options (Doc ID 2459533.1)

Goal

Customer is scheduling a report and setting the output type as CSV. However, after setting the FTP Delivery Options the report generated does not include extension. (i.e. instead of "file.csv" in FTP server it shows only "file"). When opening the output report in FTP Server, the content is in CSV format.

How to setup FTP Delivery Options properly to show the proper file extension?
