Information in this document applies to any platform.
When IDCS is configured to use Microsoft Azure as Identity Provider, federated SSO login to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) fails after the first successful access. Subsequent login requests fail with the error:
There is a problem with your account, please contact support
If you open a new browser tab or window, you're able to login again without the error.
When the error occurs, the IDCS diagnostic log shows an entry with:
- You've configured SSO between IDCS and Microsoft Azure
- You login to OAC successfully, then log out.
- Try to login again and get the error message.
