On: Oracle Prime 18.9 version, Cloud: Mobile Apps

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Field Mobile photos do not manually sync when you tap on them.
Example: User attempts to view photos attached to an issues assigned to the company. When user goes to an issue, selects the Attachments tab, and clicks on the photo to manually sync it...nothing happens. The photo does not load.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Field mobile photos would sync.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to an issue
2. Select the Attachments tab
3. Click on a photo to manually sync it
