R13UPG: Unable To Add Custom Fields To "Create Partner Contact" Region On The Partner Creation Page (Doc ID 2460204.1)

Goal

When creating a Partner, you can now check a box to "Create Partner Contact". This exposes a region on the UI to create the Partner Contact.

However, the region does not include the custom fields included in the "Create Partner Contact" form (i.e when creating a PC from the subtab on a Partner). As fields are missing, the creation fails due to validation errors.

It doesn't appear possible to modify this in App Composer - any idea how we can add those fields?
