OSC Integration Action Error With Eloqa (Doc ID 2460305.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, CX Integration

When attempting to Synchronize from OMC to OSC, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Eloqua Application
2. Start Synchronization
3. Above error coming up for some records
