We would like to inform you of the upcoming maintenance for Oracle Process Cloud Service in November 2018. As part of this maintenance, the latest updates will be applied to your Oracle Process Cloud Service environment.
There are several dates available for this update and you have the option to select your preferred date for each of your service instances.
For example, you could select an earlier date for your dev and test instances and update the production instances later.
Available dates for this update are:
Friday, November 2nd, 2018
Saturday, November 3rd, 2018
Friday, November 16th, 2018 (default)
Saturday, November 17th, 2018
The maintenance update will take about 2 hours and will be scheduled between 9 pm – 5 am, local data center time.
The default November maintenance date for all Integration Cloud Service instances is Friday, November 16th, 2018.
If you had changed your preferred maintenance date in May or August from the default date to another date, this change will also be pre-selected for November.
For example, if you selected the first Friday in May (May 4th) or August 3rd, then November 2nd will automatically be selected for the November update.
It is recommended that you check the selected maintenance date for all your Process Cloud instances, and make sure the correct date is selected.
Please follow the process outlined below by October 24th 2018, 5 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Requests received after this date will not be considered.
