Partner Profile did not migrate the same from REL12 to REL13 (Doc ID 2460425.1)

Symptoms

In REL13, customer can click Partner Profile directly from the left pane, but currently their Partner profile did not have all Group fields and fields  Why the same configuration did not migrate the same from REL12 to REL13?
