Goal
The user cannot enter payroll details after upgrade to 11.13.18.05.0
1. Go to Manage Payroll relationship from Payroll or from Person Management
2. Click on Assignment.
(Under Payroll Employment Tree -> Payroll Relationship -> Assignment - nothing happens.
