Not Able To Clone Or Migrate Seeded Data Validation Report Extract Definition (Doc ID 2460938.1)

Goal

We are trying to clone seeded Data Validation Report for adding some customization but we are not able to copy it. Even we are not able to import it. We need to know if there is some way to migrate that extract definition(Data Validation Report) as we need to customize and migrate it to PROD.
