Symptoms
Cannot encode via Meddra dictionary. Instead, it shows an hourglass icon but no encoding occurs nor are there any error messages.
Changes
Argus console > enabled modules > DSNavigator - This was found enabled . This module used for central coding but customer wants to allow user to encode meddra terms
