GTM Transaction 'Create Declaration' Action Does Not Copy the GTM Transaction's Refnums to the Declaration. (Doc ID 2460992.1)

Symptoms

The GTM Transaction 'Create Declaration' action does not copy the GTM Transaction's Refnums to the Declaration as per the Data Configuration setup.

EXAMPLE:

- Data Configuration ID: XXX

Attributes:
1 Header-Header Reference Numbers This configuration will transfer Refnums from Transaction To Transaction

Attribute Details:
TRADE PROGRAM TRADE PROGRAM COPY IF NULL

- Transaction ID: XXX

Reference Number Qualifier ID: TRADE PROGRAM
Reference Number: OOO

Actions -> Create Declaration

- Declaration ID XXX is created

NOTE: The GTM Transaction's Refnums NOT copied to the Declaration.
