Lock Locate File Does Not Populate Attribute C (Doc ID 2461044.1)

The customer is trying to apply lock codes for the Inbound LPNs (IBLPNs).  When they apply certain lock codes they also treat it as Attribute C in IBLPNs and try to allocate stock via Attribute C and for reporting purposes.
The system is not working as expected.

Expected Behaviour:
When changing or applying a lock code, Attribute C is also changed to what the lock code is, if it's set as 'Treat As Attribute C'
