ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mass global transfers search and add returns no employee records
There are no employee records returned when trying to perform a mass global transfer
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mass Change should show the employees in the existing legal employer search
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to ‘Create mass employer change’
Fill out ‘Basic details’
Click on Select and Add
Search returns no employees
- Legal Employer - x
- Business Unit - Human Resources
