Budgetary Control: Period-wise Budget Control Not Working (Doc ID 2461394.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Allocate Project Costs

Budgetary Control: Period-wise budget control not working

Budgetary Control enabled at Absolute Control Level for both Project and Top Resource Control Budgets.

Steps Followed:
1. Enabled Budgetary control at Project Level, created project plan and baselined the same
2. Two tasks configured as follows:
Task -1 Month1 Material Procurement X $
Task -2 Month2 Material Procurement Y $
3. Created a PO for the above project with Task-1. Funds check passed till amount  X+Y $. Same behavior observed for Task-2 as well.

Expected Behavior:
Funds Check should happen for resource level period-wise. Maximum amount of X $ should only be enabled for material procurement for each task.
Attached Budget Period Status which gets generated automatically, observing that the whole project duration is configured as Start Date to End Date.
