Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Gratuity accrued appears as 0 for the month in which the employee is terminated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Gratuity accrued should not be 0.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Quickpay for the terminated employee
2. Verify the results
