On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Service Email

Embed link to redirect to Service Request

Once an SR is created and saved, the customer wants to send an email to a worker who has created the SR.  In this email, they would like to embed a link so that the Worker will be redirected to HR Help Desk Service Request Page.

What is the format for the URL for the link?
