Email IDs with Customer Specific Email Domains using Gmail mail server or Their Own Email Exchange Servers are not Receiving Emails from OCC (Doc ID 2461544.1)

Symptoms

Gmail email IDs in specific / or customer email IDs using gmail mail server are not receiving the contact, assignment role change and other B2B emails.

In one case, a customer did not receive only the contact creation email, i.e the first email you get when a contact is created by clicking the organization -> select the organization -> contacts (tab) -> create new contact.  In another case, an user did not receive Forgotten Password email, thus  unable to log into site.

The issue happened only for users use gmail.
